Dessert: Chocolate Sandesh
Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)
1. Paneer (250 grams)
2. Khoa Khir (100 grams)
3. Sugar (100 grams)
4. Cocoa powder (3 tablespoons)
5. Cashew nuts (10 pieces)
Method:
Mix
paneer, khoa khir, sugar and cocoa powder together.
Put a
pan on low heat and half fill it with water. Place the mixture made above on a
plate and cover with another plate.
After
30 minutes take off the plate covering the plate with the mixture and put it in
the refrigerator for an hour.
Then
take it out of the refrigerator and cut according to the size you wish. Put a
cashew nut on each piece.
