Veg: Strawberry and Plum Chutney
Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)
1.
Strawberry (10 pieces)
2.
Plum (4 pieces)
3.
Sugar (3/4 cup)
4.
Dry Red Chili (2 pieces)
5.
Panch phoron ( 1 teaspoon)
6.
Salt (to taste)
7.
Oil (1 tablespoon)
Method
Cut strawberries and plum into small pieces, wash
and drain the water and set aside.
Heat a pan and add oil. When the oil is hot, add
the dry red chilies and panch phoron. Add the strawberries and plums. Add salt
and sugar. Boil the mix until thickened. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
Serve at room temperature.
