Dessert: Custard Pudding
Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)
1. Custard powder (1 packet)
2. Milk (500 ml)
3. Sugar (100 grams)
4. Banana (2 pieces)
Method:
Mix 25
grams or 2 tablespoons of custard powder and ¼ cup of milk into a bowl and make
a smooth paste.
Boil
the remaining milk and add 4 tablespoons of sugar. Keep the flame low and add
custard paste created earlier slowly into the milk. Stir continuously to avoid
burning. Cook it for 2-3 minutes and add the remaining custard powder.
When
the mixture is thickened, turn off the heat and let it cool. Add slices of
banana to it and serve in bowls.
