Veg: Pumpkin Pudding

 Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)

1.    Pumpkin (800 grams)

2.    Sugar (250 grams)

3.    Milk (1/2 tablespoon)

4.    Corn Flower (2 tablespoons)

5.    Cinnamon powder (1/2 tablespoon)

6.    Shredded coconut (1/2 cup)

7.    Crushed onion (1 cup)

8.    Crushed roasted almonds (5 tablespoons)

9.    Pomegranate (1/2 cup)

Method:

Cut pumpkin into small pieces and boil them in water. Add sugar, milk, corn flower, cinnamon, coconut, crushed roasted almonds. Stir constantly. When the mixture is thick pour into a bowl and garnish with pomegranate.

Serve when cold.
