Non-Veg: Garlic Prawn
Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)
1. Prawn (1 pound)
2. Garlic (2 pieces)
3. Ginger (1/2 inch)
4. Green Chili (2 pieces)
5. Soy Sauce (2 tablespoons)
6. Chili Sauce (2 tablespoons)
7. Oil (3 tablespoons)
8. Salt (to taste)
9. Onion (1 medium sized)
10. Lemon Juice (2 tablespoons)
Method
Clean and devein the prawns and set them aside.
Heat a pan and add oil. Crush the garlic and add them to the pan and fry them until brown. Keep the fried garlic in a separate bowl.
Add onion to the pan and fry until brown. Add prawn along with chili sauce, soy sauce, green chili and salt.
Fry the prawn such that both sides are done. Then add the fried garlic and sprinkle the lemon juice.
Serve with cocktails or as appetizer.
