Veg: Aloo Bhaja
Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)
1. Potato (250 grams)
2. Oil (250 grams)
3. Curry leaves (5-6 pieces)
4. Dry chili (5-6 pieces)
5. Peanuts (200 grams)
6. Salt (to taste)
Method:
Peal
the potatoes and cut into thin long pieces and wash them. Keep on paper towel.
Heat
deep pan and pour oil. When the oil is really hot, add some potato pieces into
the pan. Stir constantly so that they get fried evenly. Each piece should
become light brown all around. Take them out from the pan and keep them on a
plate.
Fry the
dry chili, peanuts and curry leaves together in a separate pan. Add salt. Mix
well and sprinkle the mix over the fried potato strings.
Serve
hot.
