Why beet fry?
Beets are low in calories and a great source of Nutrients, including fiber and vitamin C. The anti-oxidant content and anti-inflammatory nature of beets have been said to prevent cancer. Not only beets are nutritious but they are also incredibly delicious and easy to incorporate into your diet.Ingredients
1. Beet (2 medium size)
2. Kalojeera (1/2 table spoons)
3. Dry chilli pepper ( 2 pieces)
4. Cooking oil (2 table spoons)
5. Salt (to taste)
Method:
Peel off and shrade the beet.
Heat skillet on fire. Add oil then kalojeera and dry red chilli paper. After one minute add shraded beet add salt. Cook for 10 minutes. Constantly stir, lower the heat when beet is soft and tender turn off the the heat.
Serve with any meal.
