Dessert: Baked Rosogolla
Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)
1. Milk (1 litre)
2. Rosogolla (8 pieces)
3. Nolen Gur (molasses) (4 tablespoons or ¼ cup)
4. Vanilla flavor (3-4 drops)
Method:
Boil
the milk. When the milk has thickened, add nolen gur. Then add the rosogolla
and vanilla flavor. Do not stir as the rosogolla might break if you do so. Just
let it simmer in low heat. Turn off heat as you see the liquid has thickened to
your desire. Leave some liquid in the mix.
Pre-heat
the oven to 450 degrees. Bake the rosogolla’s preferably in the same container so
that no transfer is required for fear of breaking the rosogollas. Bake the
rosogollas for 20 minutes.
Cool
the baked rosogolla and serve at room temperature.
