Veg: Chili Paneer

Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)

1.    Paneer (200 grams)

2.    Capsicum (1 medium)

3.    Onion (2 medium sized)

4.    Ginger paste (1 tablespoon)

5.    Garlic paste (1 tablespoon)

6.    Corn flower (2 tablespoons)

7.    Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)

8.    Vinegar (1 tablespoon)

9.    Chili sauce (2 tablespoons)

10. Oil (2 tablespoons)

11. Salt (to taste)

12. Green chili (5 pieces)

Method:

Cut paneer into small pieces and marinate with vinegar, salt, ginger and garlic paste, soy sauce and 2 green chilis. Saute for 20 minutes.

Cut the onion and capsicum into small pieces. Separate the onion. Cut the 3 green chilis into small pieces. Heat the pan and add oil. Stir fry the onion and capsicum. Add marinated paneer. When it is well done, mix corn flower in ½ cup of water and add to the mix in the pan.

Serve with chowmein (noodles).
