Veg: Fried Rice

InIngredients and Quantity (or Amount)

1.    Basmati Rice (250 grams)

2.    Ghee (150 grams)

3.    Garam Masala Powder (25 grams)

4.    Whole Cinnamon (2 sticks)

5.    Whole Cloves (5 pieces)

6.    Capsicum (1 whole)

7.    Carrots (2 medium size)

8.    Onions (1 medium size)

9.    Green Beans (200 grams)

10. Peas (200 grams)

11. Raisins (50 grams)

12. Cashew nuts (50 grams)

13. Bay Leaves ( 2 pieces)

14. Ginger Paste (2 table spoons)

15. Salt (1 tablespoon)

16. Sugar (1 tablespoon)

Method:

Boil the rice and set aside. Cut the vegetable in small pieces and wash them. Put pan on heat and pour ghee in it. Add cinnamon sticks, cloves. Then add bay leaves. Add diced onions. Fry onion until brown. Add cashew nuts, raisins, ginger paste, salt and sugar.  Mix rice and garam masala. Stir for a few minutes and let it cool.
