Non-Veg: Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)
1. Tomato (250 grams)
2. Small shrimp (250 grams)
3. Mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
4. Onion (1 medium sized)
5. Oil (2 tablespoons)
6. Chill sauce (2 tablespoons)
Method:
Cut
tomatoes and deseed them with a knife.
Heat a
pan and add oil. Fry the crushed onion until lightly brown. Add shrimp, salt
and fry until the shrimp turns into a pink color. Turn off the heat.
In a
bowl, add mayonnaise and salt, shrimp and chili sauce mix thoroughly. With the
help of spoon fill in each of the tomatoes.
Serve at
room temperature.
