Dessert: Naru

 Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)

1.    Coconut (1 medium sized)

2.    Sugar (250 grams)

3.    Cardamom powder (2 tablespoons)

4.    Half and Half (1 cup)

Method:

Shred the coconut. Heat up a pan and add coconut, sugar half and half and cardamom powder. Stir constantly.  

When the mixture is sticky turn off the heat. Make small balls using both hands and make sure the shape is like a sphere.

Serve room temperature or cold or warm. Everyone has their own way to enjoy naru.
