Veg: Pumpkin Kebabs

 Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)

1.    Pumpkin (800 grams)

2.    Fennel Seed (10 grams)

3.    Dry Chili (3 pieces)

4.    Ginger paste (1/2 tablespoon)

5.    Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)

6.    Plain yogurt (2 tablespoons)

7.    Crushed onion (1 cup)

8.    Besan (1/2 cup)

9.    Salt (1/2 tablespoon)

10. Oil (1 cup)

Method:

Boil the pumpkin and mix besan. Knead the dough and then add all the ingredients. Dry fry the fennel seeds and the chili together and grind them and add to the pumpkin mixture.

Place the pan on heat and add oil. Create round flat kebabs using both hands and fry in slow heat. Fry each side of the kebabs until brown.

Serve on a platter.
