Veg: Potato Salad

 Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)

1.    Potatoes (250 grams)

2.    Eggs (2 pieces)

3.    Carrots (2 pieces)

4.    Cucumber (1 piece)

5.    Salt (1/2 tablespoon)

6.    Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)

7.    Onion (1 medium sized)

8.    Crushed black pepper

9.    Mayonnaise (3 tablespoons)

Method:

Boil potatoes and egg. Peel the potatoes. Take the shell off the eggs. Cut them into small pieces.

Cut cucumber, carrots, onion into small pieces.

Mix the potatoes, eggs, cucumber, carrots, salt, lemon juice, chopped onions, crushed black pepper and mayonnaise. Continue to mix for consistency.

Serve on plate.
