Veg: Mixed Chat

 Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)

1.    Potatoes (2 pieces)

2.    Chickpeas (1/2 cup)

3.    Tamarind syrup (1 cup)

4.    Dry chili peppers (2 pieces)

5.    Dry cumin powder (1 teaspoon)

6.    Papri (2 cups)

7.    Rock salt (2 tablespoons)

8.    Plain yogurt (1 cup)

9.    Bhujia (1 cup)

10. Chat masala (2 tablespoons)

Method:

Boil the potato and cut into small pieces. Boil the chickpeas. Dry fry the chili peppers and cumin powder together.

Mix the chat masala with potatoes and chickpeas and add a pinch of rock salt. Add papri and spread yogurt on top. Then add tamarind syrup. Sprinkle Bhujia and chat masala chili cumin powder made earlier to finish off.
