Veg: Cilantro Chatni

Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)

1. Cilantro (1 bunch)

2. Yogurt (1/2 cup)

3. Fresh shredded coconut (2 heaping tablespoons)

4. Green Chili (2 pieces)

5. Sugar (1 teaspoon)

6. Salt (1 teaspoon)

7. Lemon (1/2 tablespoon)

Method

Mix the shredded coconut and yogurt and set aside for ½ an hour. 

Place all ingredients in a blender and make a puree. 

Add lemon juice and make the puree very smooth. 

Adjust seasoning according to your taste. 

Chill and serve cold.
