Veg: Sweet and Sour Paneer

 Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)

1.    Paneer (200 grams)

2.    Carrot (1 medium sized)

3.    Beans (8 strings)

4.    Capsicum (1 medium sized)

5.    Tomato (1 medium sized)

6.    Tomato sauce (4 tablespoons)

7.    Corn Flower (2 tablespoons)

8.    Ginger / Garlic Paste (2 tablespoons)

9.    Green chili (5 pieces)

10. Oil (4 tablespoons)

11. Salt (to taste)

12. Sugar (to taste)

Method:

Cut paneer into small pieces. Cut carrot, beans and capsicum and tomato. Heat the pan and add oil. Add carrot and beans into the pan. Stir fry for 2 minutes and add onion, capsicum, tomato. Cook for 2-3 minutes and add ginger / garlic paste, green chili.

When vegetable is soft add all the paneer. Now mix corn flower in one cup water and add it to the mix in the pan. Mix the whole thing thoroughly and add salt and sugar to taste.

Serve with chowmein (noodles).
