My Passion for Cooking
If you thought you were too busy to cook healthy
food or start a healthy food plan because it seemed too much work, then you all
should look at my recipes which are very basic and very easy to make, sometimes
in minutes.
We also know that it can be a challenge deciding
on what to cook and what to serve. You must make a plan. Cooking doesn’t take
really a very long time if you plan ahead and then it becomes so much faster.
Buy fresh ingredients and cook according to your
plan. Eat delicious food and stay healthy.
Further, we should try to bring back to the
kitchen the recipes from our grandmother and serve them to our children and
grandchildren. Otherwise, they will never understand their past, their present
or even their future.
Cooking is therapeutic for me. Its way more than just "ranna" to me. It is sensory "nirvana".
