Veg: Bhindi Fry
Ingredients and Quantity (or Amount)
1. Okra (1 lb.)
2. Oil (1/2 cup)
3. Salt (to taste)
Method:
Wash
okra. Cut both ends of okra and slice into very thing rings shapes.
Heat
the skillet and add oil. When the oil is really hot and is smoke is coming out
from the surface, dd the okra in a single layer.
Turn
and toss the okra. Add salt. Cook until crispy brown. Place fried okra on a plate
covered with a paper towel to absorb the extra oil.
Serve
warm on plate.
